Today my husband went to see a potential client who had just purchased a home. The client told him the home inspector had given the house the all clear.....but when Mike went through the house he saw nothing but problems. Mold, damp, foundation problems, etc. He had to give the client the bad news that instead of a renovation quote, he was going to have to give him a quote just to get his house livable.
